The Plaza Hotel in Manhattan has played host to an array of guests including celebrities, socialites and presidents. This documentary follows the staff, from butlers and chefs to reception and housekeeping, as they endeavour to provide a five-star service to 400 guests, some of whom are willing to pay up tp £30, 000 a night for the Christmas holiday of a lifetime.
