The second article in this series about the Toddlers, Tech and Talk project reviews the academic literature around young children's use of technology in the home. The authors discuss the current guidelines for children's use of digital tech and what 'screen time' means in practice, as well as sharing tips for how parents can be encouraged to help mediate children's tech use.
