Most of us have encountered Jehova's Witnesses on our doorsteps. Who are these people? Why are they keen to convert others to their religion? And what is the sociological significance of their faith at the beginning of the twenty-first century? The author examines the Witnesses' Doomsday beliefs from a postmodern perspective.
